Brand new bright and cosy apartment in a great centric location, 7 minutes walk to San Pedro centre and 7 minutes walk to the beach. Famous Puerto Banus is just 5 minutes drive away and you can find many shops, restaurants, tennis courts and much more within walking distance. Guests can enjoy 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living room and fully equipped open kitchen. You can use the swimming pool which is just two steps away from the apartment. There is a parking spot in the garage available for your use free of charge. I prefer not to disturb guests’ privacy but always will be available on the phone or messenger in case you need anything. Can give some advice on the restaurants and local attractions. We always recommend to hire a car when you travel to Costa del Sol, it will make your life easier :)
